These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jomcuci66 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the jomcuci66 website located at https://jomcuci66.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and payment processing.

Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Player Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified in promotional materials.

• jomcuci66 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) require blockchain confirmation and may take 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are only processed to payment methods registered under the Player's verified account name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated within the Platform's cashier section.
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC documentation requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.

In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" requirements). The standard wagering requirement ranges from 10x to 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Wagering must be completed within the bonus validity period.
• Bonus Validity: Bonus funds expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum Bet: While wagering with active bonus funds, players must not place individual bets exceeding MYR 250 per round or spin, unless stated otherwise. Violation of this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. All gaming and betting activity on jomcuci66 is conducted under the rules of each specific game or market as presented within the Platform. By placing a wager, you accept the stated game or market rules in full.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical fault that interrupts a game session before a result is determined, jomcuci66 will use all available game logs and system data to determine the correct outcome. Where a determination cannot be made, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jomcuci66 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

jomcuci66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms or any applicable promotional terms has occurred.
• Fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity is suspected.
• The Player has engaged in conduct that is detrimental to the integrity, reputation, or operation of the Platform.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require such action.

Upon termination for cause, jomcuci66 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not caused by player misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure), outstanding real-money balances will be returned to the Player through the registered payment method after completion of applicable verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jomcuci66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

jomcuci66's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total net deposits made by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) MYR 5,000 — whichever is lower. This cap does not apply to claims arising from fraud or wilful misconduct by jomcuci66.

jomcuci66 is not liable for losses resulting from: Force Majeure events; third-party service failures (including payment processor outages); or the Player's own actions, omissions, or use of the Platform contrary to these Terms.
